Information for Patients

  Aomori Prefectural Central Hospital is committed to coordinating and working with other medical institutions. If it is your first time seeking consultation at the hospital, please first visit your primary care physician or your nearest medical institution for examination and receive a referral before visiting the hospital. (If however you are pregnant, you will not need a referral. )

  In case you do not have a referral, you can still seek consultation with a physician at the hospital, however you will be charged an initial visit fee and a non-referral fee of 1,575 yen, except in the following irregular situations:

A.    Immediate hospitalization or surgery is needed
B.    The patient is a recipient of a national or prefectural medical treatment cost assistance program
C.    When the situation is deemed an emergency

Consultation Hours & Days

Check-in
    8:20 am to 11:30 am (may vary depending on department)
    1:00 pm to 3:00 pm (only available in special circumstances)

Non-consultation Days

  Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and during New Year’s Holidays (December 29 to January 3).
  Please note that consultation hours and days may vary from department to department.
